Ingredients
- 500g British Turkey Mince
- 100g Diced British Turkey
- 5g Chopped Sage
- 25g Chopped Apple
- 250ml Double Cream
- 300g Smoked Back Bacon
- Sea Salt
- Milled Black Pepper
Instructions
Place the turkey mince into a bowl and season
Add the apple, sage and diced turkey
Stir in the cream and place back in the refrigerator
Line a terrine mould with cling film then smoked back bacon
Place the turkey mix into the terrine
Cover the top over with bacon and seal over the cling film
Cling film the terrine mould and place into a bain marie and into the oven
Cook for 45 minutes at 160°C
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before refrigerating
Slice and serve with Cranberry & Orange compote and some bread
