- 700g British turkey mince
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
- 1 inch fresh ginger, chopped finely
- 1 piece stem ginger + 4 tsp syrup from a jar of stemmed ginger
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tsp coriander, finely chopped
Mix all of above together then mould onto satay skewers.
Cook on a barbeque or a griddle pan until cooked through.
Serve with salad and a yogurty dip.
