- 100g British turkey breast fillets or steaks, sliced into strips
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp chilli
- ½ tsp coriander
- Sea salt
- Milled black pepper
- 1 pot sour cream
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 tsp chives, chopped
Mix the spices together with the seasoning. Toss the turkey strips through the spices.
Thread the turkey onto the wooden bamboo sticks.
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the sticks for about 5-6 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
To make the dip, mix some lime juice with the sour cream to taste, sprinkle over a few chopped chives and serve alongside the turkey sticks.
