Ingredients
- 800g British Turkey Mince
- 300g Diced Red Onion
- 10g Chopped Garlic
- 1kg Chopped Tomatoes
- 200g Chopped sunblush Tomatoes
- 20g Smoked Paprika
- 500g Fresh Cooked Pappadelle
- 50g Pesto
- Sea Salt
- Milled Black Pepper
Instructions
Sauté the onions, garlic, paprika, sunblush tomatoes and turkey mince
Add the tomatoes and simmer for 1 hour until cooked down & reduced
Check the seasoning
Reheat the pappadelle and place into a bowl
Add the turkey ragu and top with some shaved parmesan and finish with the pesto
