Ingredients
- 600g Diced British Turkey
- 200g Diced Onions
- 100g Diced Leeks
- 100g Diced Carrot
- 300g Cooked Ham Hock
- 500ml Chicken or Turkey Stock
- 1000g Potatoes
- 300g Black Pudding
- Sea Salt
- Milled Black Pepper
Instructions
Sauté the onions, leeks & carrot with the turkey and season well
Add ham hock and stock
Peel the potatoes and slice into rounds
Cut the black pudding into rounds the same size as the potatoes
Once cooked place the turkey into a serving dish
Top with the potatoes and black pudding alternately
Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes at 180°c
Serve with a little watercress
