- 100g British turkey breast, diced small
- ½ onion, diced
- 50g woodland mushrooms, sliced
- 30g ham, diced
- 75ml double cream
- 1 tbsp chives, chopped, plus a few for garnish
- 10 readymade puff pastry cases (bake 5cm rectangles of puff pastry until golden and risen and cut a hole in each)
- Sea salt
- Milled black pepper
Sauté the onion and turkey in a pan and season. Add the mushrooms, ham and cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
Check the seasoning and remove from the heat. Fold through the chopped chives.
Place the turkey pie filling into the pastry cases, sprinkle over a few extra chives and Serve.
