- 4 British turkey steaks, cut into strips
- 150g pot natural yoghurt
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 inch piece of ginger grated
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 small chilli, deseeded and sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Place the turkey in an ovenproof dish.
Mix all of the remaining ingredients together and spread over the turkey.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 mins.
Then serve with rice and salad.
