- 2 panini
- 2 quick cook British turkey steaks
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 25g butter (optional)
- 1tbsp green pesto
- 125g mozzarella, sliced
Slice the panini’s in half horizontally and gently toast under a medium grill.
Season the turkey steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a griddle pan on a medium heat and then add the turkey. Griddle until cooked through and the juices run clear.
Spread the pesto over 2 of the panini halves.
Then add the turkey to the halves with the pesto.
Place the mozzarella slices over the turkey and then return to the grill until the mozzarella has melted.
Add the tops of the Panini and return to the grill for a minute to warm up.
Remove from the grill and eat!
