Ingredients
- 150g cooked British turkey, sliced, leg meat is my preference
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 thinly sliced large red onions
- 1 tbsp chopped red chilli
- 100g strong Cheddar cheese, grated
- 150g wafer thin sliced ham
- 4 large soft flour wraps
- 2 tbsp roughly chopped, fresh coriander
Instructions
Gently heat a frying pan over a moderate heat, add the oil, onions and chilli for about 15 minutes
Spoon onto a plate, wipe out the pan with a paper towel
Divide the ingredients between the 4 four wraps. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese onto one half of a wrap and place the ham, turkey, onions and more cheese on top
Add a little coriander and fold the wrap over, to make a half moon shape
Heat large frying pan again and brush lightly with a little oil
Place 2 wraps into the pan and cook gently over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden and crisp
Repeat the process and serve with sweetcorn chutney on the side
