Spread a slice of rye bread with light mayonnaise. Shred cooked British turkey over the bread.
Top with slices of avocado and a handful of watercress or rocket.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice and a generous sprinkling of black pepper.

Version 2
Mix together chopped cooked British turkey with a tablespoon each of light mayonnaise and low-fat natural yoghurt, plus a little curry paste to taste.
Add a chopped stick of celery, chopped apple and a handful of sultanas.
Spoon onto a slice of seeded bread and top with slices of red onion.
